Terms Of Service
All in-stock orders will be processed and
shipped within 2 business days. This is in addition to the time it takes for the
shipping company to deliver your package.
The prices quoted at checkout are estimates based
on the information you provide at checkout, additional charges may apply. Before
an additional charge is placed on your credit card, you will be contacted by a
StoryTellers Store customer service representative.
Out of stock items will be removed from your
order and your credit card will be credited the total. Out of stock items will not delay the shipping of your order.
If you have
received a damaged product, notify us of the item number and damage and we will
ship you a replacement with return postage for the damaged item. To notify us of
damaged product, please contact customer service. If your
order was damaged during shipping please note the damage with the delivery
person and file a claim with the shipping company.
StoryTellers Store makes
every attempt to monitor the correctness of our prices and information on our
website. However, on occasions when we experience software glitches, typos or
incorrect calculation of order totals we will correct the problem as soon as
possible. Any order placed that is affected by these errors will be credited,
charged the difference, or cancelled. StoryTellers Store is not responsible for
honoring these errors.
StoryTellers Store reserves the right to cancel any
order or portion of an order for any reason. If the decision is made to cancel
your order, your credit card will be refunded the total within 1 week.
